For decades, the industrial supply chain has stripped the soul out of flour. It turned a living ingredient into a shelf-stable powder, bleached and hollowed of its nutrients.
Our family refused to join that race. We grew our wheat on the same 400 acres our great-grandfather cleared by hand. We bypass the massive silos and the chemical treatment plants.
